A midnight black car zoomed down the road, at a speed which showed the driver was obviously irritated by something. The car continued down a straight path and came to a rough stop on the side of the road. Power was cut off from the engine and the only noise that could be heard from the car was the driver’s hands frantically searching for something. Our said driver was a young woman whose hair was pulled back into a sleek bun. She was searching the glove compartment for a piece of paper, which she eventually found crumpled up at the bottom. But, it was still readable and that was all she needed it to be.

(F/N) attempted to rip her arms from the grip of the men who had accompanied Katrina. They were much stronger than her, but this did not keep her from continuing to struggle. “Fine, take me. Just don’t touch Bruce. He has nothing to do with any of this.” She narrowed her eyes at Katrina, malice shimmering in her (E/C) orbs.
“Didn’t take much to break you, now did it?” A rough malevolent laugh escaped her throat as she headed off to the unmarked black truck. The men pulled (F/N) up from the ground and violently pushed her along, although she was clearly complying with them.

You walked around the library, your friend Bruce trailing timidly after you. The public library in New York was huge, and you knew Bruce was worried about being in such a large place when the Other Guy could come out at any time. You had told him he could wait in the car, you just needed to pick up a book, but Bruce insisted on coming anyway. He was, after all, still Bruce, and he couldn’t resist going to a library.
You peered around, looking for the help counter, and finally spotted it. You hurried towards it, in your haste to get Bruce out of there, you had left Bruce, who was peering at a new display of science journals, behind.
